Websites For Traders – Terms & Conditions
Effective from the date your deposit is paid
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Websites For Traders (“we”, “us”) to you (“the Client”) in relation to website design, development, hosting, and support.
By paying the initial deposit, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
We provide custom-built websites for tradespeople (e.g. plumbers, electricians, builders), including:
-
Bespoke, mobile-friendly website design (typically 3–5 pages)
-
Contact form, WhatsApp/chat, and click-to-call setup
-
Basic SEO setup (page titles, keywords, location targeting)
-
Hosting, support, and monthly content updates
-
Lead capture tools and Google-friendly structure
2. Deposit & Automatic Plan Start
-
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to begin your website project.
-
This confirms your commitment and secures your place in our build queue.
-
Once paid, your £75/month website plan begins automatically.
-
Your first monthly payment will be scheduled once the website is approved and ready to go live.
3. Payment Terms
-
You agree to pay £75/month for 12 months to cover the full cost of your custom website.
-
Payments are made by recurring invoice or direct debit.
-
If a payment fails or is missed, the site may be suspended until it is resolved.
-
After the 12-month term, your £75/month plan continues automatically unless you choose a different package or request cancellation.
4. Ownership & Licensing
-
Full ownership of the website’s design, structure, and content transfers to you after all 12 payments have been completed.
-
This ownership does not include any third-party tools, themes, plugins, or platforms we license under our developer accounts. Continued use of those tools may require a separate license or service plan.
-
A downloadable copy of your website can be requested after the full term if you wish to self-host (admin fee may apply).
5. Your Responsibilities
To ensure your site is built on time and to spec, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate business details, services, branding and location info
-
Supply your logo (if available) and photos (if preferred)
-
Respond to onboarding questions and content requests promptly
-
Review your website and approve it for launch within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in providing requested information may delay your project.
6. Timeline
Once your deposit is received, we aim to deliver your site within 7–14 working days, depending on how quickly you provide the necessary info.

The website may be suspended

Service will resume once payments are caught up
9. Cancellations & Refunds
